Our place is at H No -18, G.No-82/P, in the Laxmi-Vihar area on Deolai Road. This is part of Satara in Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a good spot for us. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into our workspace. It gives the whole day a very different feel than being in a glass tower. We have our main room where most of the work happens, and a smaller area for when we need to eat or take a break. Deolai Road is a busy enough street, but Laxmi-Vihar stays relatively calm. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our stationery and snacks. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't use any fancy management software or have big corporate retreats. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and do it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We like the independence of having our own little house to work from. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours, and it allows us to focus on the work without any of the usual office politics. It’s just a handful of us working hard in Aurangabad and keeping the business steady.
