Asist Innovations Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 34 in the N-3 area of CIDCO, Aurangabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here at this 431001 address for some time now. Dealing with innovation and tech stuff means we usually have a lot on our plates. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a functional space where we get our daily work handled. Some of us have been in Aurangabad our whole lives, so working in CIDCO feels pretty natural. You get used to the traffic and the local shops around the corner. We spend the morning catching up on emails and then it’s straight into whatever project is currently active. We don’t really do big speeches or formal meetings unless we absolutely have to. Most of the communication happens across the desks. Sometimes the heat in Maharashtra gets a bit much, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of the city. We’ve had some long nights here when a deadline is close. It’s a practical way to run a business, keeping things simple and direct. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families.
