At Vicilocuz Solutions Private Limited, our office is at 143 No 3 in Auraiyaarya Nagar, Ajitmal. It is a small spot in Auraiya and we have been here for a bit now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced a year ago. We focus on different solutions, which usually means sitting in front of computers for eight or nine hours a day. It is a quiet life for the most part. Auraiya is a decent place to work, not too much noise except for the occasional tractor or motorbike going past the window. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to greet you at the door. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our screen and say hello. We carry our own lunches and usually eat while talking about nothing in particular. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies about tech companies. We have some files stacked up in the corner and a printer that jams every other week. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the list of things to do. It’s a practical way to run things and it works for the way we like to operate here in Uttar Pradesh.
