Ibc Software is located in a place called Nimina, which is in the Ganjam district of Orissa. Our address is c/o Jagannath Nayak, son of Abhimanyu Nayak. The pin code here is 761122. It’s a bit of a distance from the big tech cities like Bangalore or Hyderabad, but we do okay for ourselves here in Nimina. Working in a smaller place has its own advantages. It’s quieter, and you really know the people around you. Our setup isn't fancy at all. We just have what we need to get the software work done. It’s mostly computers and desks and maybe a few wires running across the floor that we need to tidy up one of these days. We don't spend our time writing long mission statements or trying to impress people with big corporate talk. We are just a group of people working on software in Ganjam. Some days the internet is fast, and other days we have to be a bit more patient. That’s just life in this part of Orissa. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now. Everyone in the village knows where we are. It’s a simple life, really. We start our work in the morning, take a break for lunch, and finish up in the evening. There’s no big drama or corporate ladder to climb here. We just focus on the code and the projects we have. It is nice being away from the loud city noise while we work on our computers.
