We are based out of Ganjam in Orissa, specifically in the 761104 area. Working here at Hms Systems Pvt Ltd is quite different from being in a big city. It is a lot quieter and things move at a slower pace. Our office is a simple building where we keep all our technical gear and paperwork. We handle various system-related tasks for local clients. It is not always easy, especially when the power goes out or when it gets really humid during the rainy season. Most of the staff are locals who have been here since we opened. We do not have any corporate training or fancy meetings. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it and get it done. The office does not look like much from the outside, but it is functional and serves our needs. We do not have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just rely on the fact that we have been here a long time and people know our work. Sometimes we sit outside for our afternoon tea break and just watch the street. It is a humble setup and we do not try to pretend otherwise. We focus on the technical side of things and try to keep our customers happy without any extra fluff or complicated promises. It is just a normal local business doing what it can.
