Our company, Khujraiagro Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located right behind Labali Kangan in Ashoknagar. We use Girish Raghuwanshi’s place as our home base. It is a simple setup because we spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. Guna is a place where farming is the main thing everyone does, so we fit right in. We are just a group of farmers who thought it would be better to join up instead of working all alone. We do not have any big mission statements or polished speeches. Mostly, we just talk about the wheat or whatever else is in the ground that season. The area behind Labali Kangan is easy enough to find if you are local. We have our meetings there to figure out who is doing what and how to get our stuff to the market. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how life is here in Madhya Pradesh. We are not trying to be some huge international business. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of and the farming stays steady. Every day is a bit different depending on the sun and the rain. We handle things as they come, keeping it practical and honest. It is just us, the soil, and the work we do together every day without any fuss.
