S. O. C. P. Ltd.

Our place is at 33/3 in the Durgapur Industrial Estate on J.P. Avenue. S. O. C. P. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The industrial estate is a vast area and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. Our building is a large, grey structure that looks like every other factory on the block. Inside, it is all about the machinery and the production lines. We don't have carpets or nice paintings on the walls. It is a functional space where the goal is to keep things running smoothly. The noise can be a lot sometimes, so we all get used to talking loudly over the gears. We have a small office near the entrance where the administrative side of things happens, but even there, you can feel the vibration of the machines through the floor. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us through all sorts of changes in the industry over the years. We just show up, do the shifts, and keep the output steady. There are no grand statements or fancy slogans on our walls. It’s just a place of work where we try to stay on top of the schedule. We have our good days and our bad days like any other factory, but we just keep at it.
