Matrix Systems

Matrix Systems is located over at Plot No. 5 in Aashirwad Park. We are right on Durgapur Road in the Towerka Nagar area. It’s a decent location for us because it’s not right in the middle of the heavy city noise, but it’s easy enough for people to find. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for carrying heavy equipment in and out. We spend our days surrounded by computers, cables, and various electronic parts. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, with wires running across the desks, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you’ll probably just get a plastic chair and maybe a glass of water if the filter is working. We work on systems and technical setups for people in the neighborhood. It’s just a few of us who have a knack for fixing things that stop working. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local delivery drivers know exactly where to drop off our parts. The weather gets quite hot on Durgapur Road, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down during the afternoon. It’s a simple operation and we just take it one day at a time.
