Idealsoft Solutions Pvt Ltd is located in Barakar at R R Singh. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to find a software company. We are a small group of people working on computers in a relatively quiet part of town. Our office is simple, with some desks and chairs that we’ve had for years. We spend the day coding and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. The internet can be a bit slow in this part of Barakar, which is a bit of a challenge for us. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks on the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We do work for various clients, some local and some further away. We use a lot of whiteboards to sketch out ideas. They are usually covered in messy handwriting and diagrams that only we understand. It’s a private limited company but we don't act like a big corporation. We just focus on the software. We take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon. It’s a low-key environment. We just do our work and try to keep our clients happy with what we build. It's just a regular tech job in a small town. We like the quiet here as it helps us think.
