We are out here in Itapara, which is part of the R. N. Chak area in Asansol. Specifically, we are in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but we like the pace of life here. Our office is a modest space where we handle all the technical stuff. We deal with computers and software, but it’s more of a hands-on thing than a high-tech corporate lab. There are usually cables running across the floor and computers opened up on the desks. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. The weather in Asansol can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon when the rain hits the roof so loud you can’t hear yourself think. We just keep working through it. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard and some code. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. People just come to us when they have a problem they can’t fix themselves. We just try to be useful and keep the machines running. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we’re perfectly fine with that.
