True Value Homes

We run True Value Homes from our office at Number 30 on 6th Street in Teeds Garden. This is over in the Perambur area of Chennai. It’s a local office where we handle all our housing and property matters. We aren’t some big faceless corporation. We are just a group of people who work in the neighborhood and know the streets of Chennai pretty well. Our office is a modest place where we spend our hours looking over plans and talking to folks about their homes. It can get pretty busy, especially when there are a lot of people coming in to ask questions. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing fluff. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes things get delayed or there are issues with the paperwork, but we just work through them together. It’s the kind of business where you have to be patient and pay attention to the details. We’ve been in Perambur for a while now and we like being part of the local community. It’s a noisy, lively part of town, and our office fits right in. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, we just have a lot of work to do every single day.
