Parthflex Hydraulic Engineering

You can find us over at Plot No. 1029, which is right near the Little Hut Crossing in the GIDC Estate. We work on hydraulic systems mostly. It's a lot of hoses, valves, and oil. Dealing with hydraulics means things have to be tight and work under pressure, so we spend a lot of time checking seals. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial unit. Inside, it’s a different story with parts laid out and benches covered in tools. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the estate who have a leak or a broken pump. It’s a bit messy because of the oil, but we try to keep the work area functional. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what makes these systems fail. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, other times we have to take the whole thing apart. We just take it as it comes. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just us in our work clothes trying to solve problems. We talk to our customers plainly and tell them what’s wrong without a bunch of jargon. If a machine is down, we know it's costing someone money, so we try to be quick. It’s a good spot to work, and we know the neighbors well. Just another day at the crossing. We usually have some spare parts sitting on the shelves just in case someone needs a quick fix on a Tuesday afternoon. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
