Interoll India Private Limited

We operate Interoll India Private Limited from Plot No. 209/9 in the G.I.D.C area of Ankleshwar. If you know anything about Ankleshwar, you know it’s a massive industrial zone. Our place is right in the middle of it. It’s all about manufacturing here, honestly. The air smells like chemicals and metal most of the time. Our building is a big shed-like structure with a small office attached in the front. It gets really hot in the summer, so the coolers are always humming in the background. We have heavy machinery and rollers and parts stacked up in the warehouse. We don't have a fancy lobby with a sofa or any of that. Most people who come here are truck drivers or workers from other units. We spend our day checking the production line and making sure the measurements are right. It’s noisy and there’s always a bit of oil on the floor, but that’s how a factory should be. We eat our lunch together in a small break room. We don't use big corporate talk. We just say what needs to be said and get back to work. Ankleshwar G.I.D.C is a tough place to work because of the heat and the dust, but we’ve been here long enough to not mind it anymore. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving. It’s a straightforward life in the industrial belt.
