Universal Chemo Pharma

At Universal Chemo Pharma, we stay pretty busy at Plot No. C1-B-2016. It’s a typical setup for this area. We focus on pharma-related chemicals, which means we have to be a bit more precise than some other shops. There’s a lot of weighing and measuring going on throughout the day. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose and we keep the equipment running. We have a few guys who have been here since the start. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. If there's a problem, we just talk it over and get it fixed. It’s a lot of manual work, moving bags and checking labels. The office is just a small room in the corner where the paperwork gets filed. Most of our time is spent out on the floor. It’s loud and it can get pretty humid in the rainy season, but that's part of the job. We keep a regular schedule and try to stay on top of the orders. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We've stayed in this one spot because it works for us and the locals know where we are. It is just basic manufacturing without any of the extra noise.
