Mrugal Off-Set Printer is tucked away at Plot No. C-1-7129. If you come by, the first thing you’ll probably notice is the smell of ink and the rhythmic sound of the printing presses running. It’s a constant backdrop to our day. We’ve got stacks of paper everywhere and different plates waiting to be used. It’s a hands-on kind of business where your fingers usually end up stained with blue or black ink by lunchtime. We don’t do things in a flashy way. We just take the files, set the machines, and watch the sheets fly through. Some days the machines act up, and we have to spend a couple of hours getting the alignment just right, but that’s part of the trade. Our plot isn’t the biggest one on the block, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve been printing for people for quite a while now, and most of our work comes from folks who know where to find us. It’s not about being the biggest; it’s about getting the job finished so the client can pick it up. We take our breaks in the small space near the front door. It’s a simple life of CMYK colors and paper weights. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just print things on paper and make sure the edges are cut straight. That’s enough for us. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
