You can find us at Plot No. 6108 and 6109. Having two plots right next to each other gives us the room we need for all the paper and cardboard we deal with. Kapstone Paper Packaging is basically a place filled with stacks of sheets and the smell of glue and paper dust. It isn't a quiet office job. We spend our hours around the cutting and folding machines. It takes a lot of space to store everything, so the warehouse part of the building is usually packed to the rafters. We have guys moving pallets around constantly, trying to keep everything organized so we don't lose track of an order. It’s a practical business. We make boxes and packaging for other companies nearby. Some people think paper work is boring, but there is a lot of logistics involved in getting the sizes right and making sure the edges are clean. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find someone in overalls or a dusty shirt. We focus on the work itself. The machinery is older but it works well for what we need. It’s a lot of physical labor, loading the trucks and checking the stacks. We just try to keep the machines running smooth and get the orders out the door on time. Being in this part of the industrial estate means there is always traffic outside, but we manage to stay on schedule despite the busy roads and the narrow gates.
