Grace Paper Ind. Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 4. It’s a simple address but we’ve been here for a long time. Dealing with paper means we have to be careful about moisture and the weather. When it’s humid, things get a bit more difficult, but we manage. The building is older and has its quirks, like the door that sticks if you don’t pull it just right. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. It's mostly just a few of us making sure the machines are running and the paper is being handled properly. There’s always a lot of scrap paper around, no matter how much we sweep. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late if there's a big order to finish, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important thing in the office. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just a local paper business trying to keep things moving. It’s steady work and it pays the bills. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of dust and busy with something on the floor. That's just how life is here at Plot No. 4 for us.
