Balaji Traders

We are set up in Umasankar Bazar, which is always a busy place to be. We handle trading for different kinds of goods, depending on what’s in demand and what we can get our hands on. It’s a typical bazaar shop with stuff coming in and going out every single day. We don’t have a lot of room to move around inside, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and making sure the shop stays stocked. It’s a noisy environment with all the vendors nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big company with a fancy website or anything; we just do business face-to-face mostly. People come to us because we’ve been in the bazaar for a while and they know we are reliable. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the narrow streets and the traffic, which can be a real headache. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the accounts. It’s a lot of counting bags and checking invoices while drinking a cup of tea. We don’t put on any airs about what we do. It’s just regular trading in a busy market. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all just try to get through the day. If you’re ever in Umasankar Bazar, you’ll probably see us near the middle of the row. We just take the orders as they come and do our best.
