This facility sits right on the Kalyandurgam Bypass, at 12/1/178 in Kalyandurg. It’s a spot where there’s a lot of heavy vehicle movement because of the road. We deal with cement, so as you can imagine, the place is a bit grey and dusty most of the time. It’s just the nature of the product. The yard is usually full of bags stacked up and trucks waiting to load or unload. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have fancy carpets or quiet offices; it’s mostly concrete floors and the sound of loaders moving around. The staff here is used to the sun and the hard work that comes with handling cement. We’ve been operating out of this Kalyandurg location for some time now. It’s a good spot for transport because of the bypass. We focus on the logistics side of things, making sure the loads are ready when they need to be. It gets pretty hot out here on the bypass during the afternoons. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. There’s no big marketing team here, just people who know how to handle the supplies and get them on the trucks. We keep a ledger of what goes in and out and try to keep the yard as orderly as possible. We have a small water cooler that everyone congregates around during breaks. The bypass road gets really dark at night, so we have a few big floodlights to help with late shifts. It’s physical labor, so we all stay pretty fit.
