Our shop is located at 1/103 in Phase 4 of the GIDC Estate. Supernova Technologies is right there in Zone B-9, just behind Swiss Glasscoat. It’s a typical industrial setting in Vitthal Udyog Nagar. We’ve got the usual sounds of machinery and trucks coming in and out. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where we need to be. We deal with various technical components and manufacturing processes. The team is mostly local folks who have been doing this for years. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You usually just walk in and find someone at a workbench or a desk covered in papers. We keep a pretty regular schedule. Work starts early and we try to get through the production list as efficiently as we can. Some days are better than others when it comes to the machines behaving. We just take it as it comes. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other companies doing similar hard work. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on whatever order is currently on the floor. It’s a practical way to run a business. No need for anything extra. We just make sure the parts are right and the shipments go out on time. That’s what matters at the end of the shift. The parking lot is usually full of bikes and the occasional delivery van. We stay busy from Monday to Saturday, just like everyone else around here.
