We are based over in Anand, Gujarat, specifically at A-14 in the Prarambh Society on New Vaghasi Road. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes it a nice, calm place to focus on software consulting. We aren’t in one of those huge industrial parks, so it’s much more relaxed here. You can usually hear the sounds of the neighborhood while we’re working on our projects. The team is mostly local people who grew up around here or moved to Anand for a quieter pace of life. We spend a lot of time looking at code and talking to our clients over the phone since many aren't right here in town. The office itself is pretty basic, just a few rooms with computers and a lot of wires running everywhere. We’ve got a small area where we eat lunch together, usually bringing stuff from home. It’s a good environment for thinking, which is what we need for the kind of consulting we do. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but mostly we try to keep regular hours so everyone can get back to their families. People in the society know us as the software guys at A-14. We’ve been here for a while now and don't have plans to move anywhere else. It’s a decent spot and the work keeps us pretty busy throughout the year. We just keep our heads down and code.
