We are located at 18, G.I.D.C Industrial Estate, Phase-I of Vitthal Udyog Nagar. Pomal Engineering Company is basically a place where we spend more time than we do at home. The industrial estate is a huge place, and it’s easy to get lost if you don't know your way around. Our unit is a steady hum of activity from early morning until late evening. We have a small group of workers who have been doing this for a long time. They don't need much instruction anymore; they just know the routine. We handle various engineering tasks, mostly focusing on repair work and making specific parts for other machines. The floor is usually covered in a bit of metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep. It’s a sign of a productive day, I suppose. We don't have a lot of meetings or complicated processes. Usually, someone walks in with a broken part, and we see if we can fix it or make a new one. It’s simple and direct. We’ve had our ups and downs over the years, just like any other business in this estate. But we’ve stuck through it by keeping things practical. We don't use any fancy buzzwords or make big claims. We just do the work, collect our pay, and come back to do it again the next day. That is the way we like to operate.
