Our location is on the Anand Sojitra Road, right in the Gidc area. It’s very much an industrial setting around here. You can hear trucks and machinery in the distance most of the time. The office itself is functional and geared toward managing the projects we have going on. There are plenty of blueprints and charts pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure things are lined up. It isn't a place for show. The floor is concrete, and the furniture is built to last, not to look pretty. We have a small area where we sit down to talk about the day's tasks. The road outside stays busy with people heading to different factories. Sometimes the dust from the road finds its way inside, so we are always cleaning off the tables. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering and the construction side of things. There’s a lot of coordination involved, so there is usually someone talking on a mobile or walking through the door with a helmet. It’s a busy atmosphere but we like it that way. It feels like real work is happening. We usually stay until the sun starts to set over the factories nearby and the traffic on the main road finally starts to thin out.
