Raithu Vikas Samakhya Producer Company Limited is based out of Kurmawada, right at H. No. 2-6-127. It’s a local setup where we work with producers to manage what they grow and how it gets sold. Being in this part of town means we are close to the people we actually work with. It isn't a big glass building or anything, just a regular place where farmers come in to talk. We spend most of our mornings dealing with whatever issues come up, like transport or pricing. It's a lot of coordination, and sometimes things get a bit messy with all the different people involved. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. It's just about getting the produce moved and making sure everyone gets a fair shake. Kurmawada is a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the rest of the small businesses here. You might see us unloading stuff or just sitting around talking through the plan for the next harvest. We've been at this for a while and have seen the seasons come and go. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long when things are in full swing. We don't have a big marketing department, so most people hear about us through word of mouth. It's a simple operation, really, focused on the basics of what our members need every day to keep their farms running and their families supported throughout the year.
