We are up in Suite No. 301 of the Seetha Laxmi Towers. If you are looking for Tirupati Real Estate, just find the Tycoon Restaurant and we are right beside it in the main building. Being on the third floor is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the street level, though the elevator can be a bit slow on Monday mornings. We have been working out of this office for several years now. It’s got enough space for a few desks and a place for people to sit when they come to talk about buying a flat or renting an office. We mostly deal with the buildings right here in the local area. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is lined up right for the lawyers. I usually get in around nine and start going through the messages from the night before. There’s always someone asking about prices or wanting to see a place on short notice. We try to be helpful, but we aren't a huge operation with dozens of staff. It’s just a few of us making sure the properties are looked after. The view from the window isn't much, just the tops of other buildings, but it's home for our work. We like being near the restaurant because it makes it easy to grab lunch during the rush. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put a file for a minute, but we always get the job done for the people we represent.
