Govind Real Estate is located at 14-307 on Allipuram Main Road. We are directly across from the Ramalayam temple in the Mahaarajupeta area. It is a nice spot because the temple is a landmark everyone knows, so people never get lost trying to find us. Our office is a simple room where we handle everything from house sales to local rentals. The road outside can get quite busy, especially when there is something going on at the temple. We’ve been working in Mahaarajupeta for a long time and we know most of the families who live on these streets. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. We just have some plastic chairs and a wooden desk where we do our work. We help people find a place to stay or help them get rid of a property they don't want anymore. It involves a lot of paperwork and trips to the local government offices, which can be a bit of a chore. We don’t make big promises, we just show what we have in our books. If someone is looking for a home near the Allipuram area, they usually come and see us first. We usually have the radio playing softly and we take our time with each person who walks through the door. It’s just how we do things here. We prefer the face-to-face way of doing business.
