Hanu Reddy Realty India Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our time. Our office is tucked away in the CBM Compound on VIP Road, at number 9-14-11. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of traffic passing by. We aren’t some giant corporation with fancy robots; it’s just us doing the daily work of real estate. We deal with all sorts of people looking for a place to stay or sell. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the local listings. Other days are completely hectic with people coming in and out. We know the VIP Road area pretty well by now. It’s got its own vibe. We try to keep things straightforward. If a house is old, we say it’s old. If the price is high, we talk about why. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big words or confusing contracts. We just want to make sure the paperwork is right and the keys get handed over properly. Being in the CBM Compound for this long means we’ve seen businesses come and go. We are still here, though, doing what we do. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but that’s just how it is. We appreciate the folks who come to us. We’re just regular people trying to help out other regular people with their property needs. There is always something new to learn about this city and its houses.
