Skv Appa Rao Real Estate is located at 1084, Chandra Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part, which suits us just fine. We have a small office where we handle all the real estate inquiries that come our way. Chandra Nagar is a place we know very well, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. Our building at number 1084 isn't new, but it’s solid and it keeps the rain out. We spend a lot of our time going through local records and meeting with people who live nearby. Skv Appa Rao Real Estate isn't the kind of place where you’ll find people in expensive suits. We dress casually and speak plainly. We think it’s better that way. People seem to appreciate that we don't use a lot of complicated words or try to confuse them with jargon. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving around to look at different plots and houses. We have a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days, but everything is where it needs to be. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed. We like being in Chandra Nagar because it’s a community where people still know each other. It’s a good place to be, and we plan on staying here for a long time to come.
