Ravi Nemani Real Estates

We are located over at Dr.No. 2-1/19 in the Vetarnary Colony area, right by the Old Dairy Farm. It’s a part of town that has its own pace, a bit slower than the main city hubs. Ravi Nemani started this real estate thing because he had some extra space and a good knowledge of the local plots. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s seen better days. Being near the Old Dairy Farm means most people use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us. The Vetarnary Colony is a nice place to work from because it’s mostly residential and quite green compared to the concrete parts of town. We handle a lot of the local land deals and house sales that happen in this specific pocket. People know us by name, so we don't really have to do much to get noticed. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or walking over to look at a property that someone wants to sell. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. Most days, we’re just in regular clothes, drinking tea and looking through the files. We’ve been at this address for a long time now, and we’ve seen the colony grow quite a bit. It’s a good community to be a part of, and we just keep doing our bit every day.
