Sweety Coffee House

Sweety Coffee House occupies Shop No. - 11-12-13 over at Fountain Chowk. We are right there in the Chupati area on Mall Road, which means it’s nearly always loud and busy outside. Being so close to Pavilion Mall brings in all sorts of people, from shoppers to folks just out for a walk. Our three shop spaces are usually full of activity. We don't have any of those sleek, modern interiors; it’s more about being a place where you can actually sit down for a minute without feeling out of place. The fountain is just a short walk away, and you can often hear the water and the crowds from our doorstep. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the rush. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially on the weekends when Mall Road is packed. We don’t do much in the way of fancy talk. We are just here to serve coffee and snacks to whoever comes in. The staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We’ve seen the chowk change over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. It’s a bit worn around the edges, maybe, but it’s comfortable. We focus on the basics, like making sure the tables are wiped and the coffee is hot. It’s a busy life here in the middle of everything, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
