Aviruchis Flour Fairy

We are located at 8 Circular Road in Amritsar. You can find us right near Chhachhi Hospital. It’s a good spot because people are always coming and going from the hospital or driving down Circular Road. Our place usually smells like fresh grain and flour because that is what we do here. It’s a small shop, and we keep it as clean as we can, but flour gets everywhere eventually. It's just part of the job. We have our regulars from the neighborhood who come in to get what they need. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the shops around us change over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most modern place in Amritsar. We just focus on the machines and the bags of flour. Sometimes the machines are a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who stop by, hearing about their day. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so we usually keep the shade down then. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We just keep doing what we do every day, making sure the flour is ready for whoever needs it.
