We are located at Shop No. 6 in the Arora Market. This is in Partap Bazar, which is in the Chhehtra area of Amritsar. If you walk through the bazaar, you’ll see plenty of shops, and we are tucked in there among the rest. It is a local spot, not one of those big malls you see nowadays. Being in Amritsar, the atmosphere is always lively. We deal with computers and parts, so the shop is usually full of boxes and cables. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. There is a lot of dust from the street sometimes, so we spend a bit of time cleaning the glass. The neighbors are mostly other shopkeepers who have been here for years. We all know each other. It’s a small shop, but it serves the purpose. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us here. People come in from the bazaar asking about this or that, and we do what we can.
