Amritsar is a place that takes its weddings and its food very seriously, so we are kept quite busy most of the year. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional language to share. We are just a local team that knows how to get the catering and planning done. Sometimes Lane 12 gets a bit blocked up with cars but that is just how it is in Kangra Colony. People from the neighborhood often drop by to talk about their upcoming family functions. We just sit down with them and figure out what they need. It is a very practical and simple way of working. We just focus on the next job and making sure the kitchen is ready. It is hard work but it is what we do every day in this part of Amritsar.
