Bawa Juice Bar & Catering Service

If you’re walking down Lane No-2 in Bharat Nagar, you’ll find us at the Bawa Building. We’re right opposite Milan Palace in Amritsar. Bawa Juice Bar & Catering Service is basically two jobs in one. During the day, we’re mostly busy peeling fruit and running the blenders for people who want a fresh drink while they’re out in the Main Bazar. Then there is the catering side, which keeps us in the kitchen for hours preparing food for local parties and functions. It gets pretty hot in there with the stoves going, but that is just part of the job. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just good knives and solid pots. Our building is a bit old, but it works for what we need. We’ve been serving the people around here for a long time, and we know what folks in Amritsar like to eat and drink. Sometimes it’s just one person coming in for a quick juice, and other times we’re packing up dozens of meal boxes for a big event. It’s a lot of washing up and chopping vegetables, which isn't very exciting to talk about, but it’s what we do every day. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just stay at the shop and make sure the food is ready on time. It’s just us doing our thing in the bazaar.
