Kwality Pharmaceuticals has been out here on Majitha Road for quite some time. We are located in Tung Bala, which is a decent area for this kind of industrial work. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of people, just a dedicated crew making sure the medicines get made right. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we stay very busy. Everyday life here involves a lot of checking labels and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s actually pretty quiet compared to the city center, which is nice for focusing. We focus on the daily tasks. We don't really go for big speeches or anything like that. We just come in, do our shifts, and head home to our families. The lab work takes a lot of concentration, so we try to keep things as organized as possible. Majitha Road is a good place to be based out of because it’s easy for the delivery trucks to come and go without getting stuck. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in the summer and we have to make sure the cooling systems are working extra hard. It’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. We just want to make sure the products are okay before they leave the gate. It's a steady life here in Tung Bala. We just keep doing what we do.
