Jay Infotech

Our shop, Jay Infotech, is situated over on Old Ganj Road. We're right by Guru Nanak Chowk, not too far from the petrol pump. It’s a convenient spot if you’re already out getting fuel for your bike. We mostly deal with computers, laptops, and various tech stuff. It’s a small operation. Most days it’s just me and a couple of others fixing screens or helping people pick out basic parts. The traffic at the chowk can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We’ve got stacks of monitors and keyboards everywhere inside. It’s not the cleanest looking place in the world, but we know our way around a motherboard. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. It’s just easier to manage things ourselves. People come in with broken machines or looking for a cable they lost. We don’t have a big website or anything, so folks just walk in and ask what we have. The building is a bit dated, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It’s just the way things go around here. If you need something fixed, you can just leave it with us and come back in a few days. We try to get through the pile as fast as we can, but some jobs take longer.
