International Montessori Preschool

You can find International Montessori Preschool at House No. 20374, which is right near the Bibiwala Gurdwara. We are located on Street No. 30, just off Ajit Road. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we think helps the kids feel more comfortable when they first come here. The house itself is a bit older but it’s been modified to fit a preschool. We aren't a huge institution with dozens of branches. It’s just this one spot where we do our work. The street can get a little tight when everyone is trying to park at the same time, but we make it work. Inside, it’s mostly open spaces for the Montessori activities. We don't really go for fancy decorations; we just have the materials the kids need. It’s a lot of quiet work interspersed with bursts of energy. The staff here are just local people who care about how the children spend their time. Being near the Gurdwara makes it easy for people to give directions to us. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Some days are a bit chaotic when a lot of kids are having a rough morning, but that’s just how it goes with preschools. We just keep things moving along and try to make sure every child has what they need during the day without making things too complicated.
