Highlands Exports

Highlands Exports is based right in Kothiwal Nagar. It is a residential kind of area that has slowly seen more businesses like ours pop up over the years. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it stays cool enough in the summer, which is a big deal for us. We spend most of our mornings unloading supplies and most of our afternoons packing things up into big cardboard boxes. The floor is usually covered in tape scraps and packing peanuts. It is hard work and our backs usually ache by the time five o'clock rolls around, but we are used to it by now. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making coffee when the energy levels start to dip. The people around Kothiwal Nagar are friendly, and we often see kids playing cricket in the alley behind our warehouse. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the export side of things and try not to lose any paperwork in the process. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the turns around here, so we often have to go out and help guide them in. It is just a regular part of the day for us. We like the neighborhood and the people we work with, and that is usually enough to keep us going through the busy weeks.
