We are tucked away in Lane No. 4 at New Pratap Nagar. The shop is 204-C in the Gurlal Bazar area, specifically listed as 204-C Blog. Most people find us by looking for the Alpha One Mall because we are right near there. It’s a handy location since the mall is such a big landmark in the neighborhood. We handle computer stuff all day long. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with bikes and people walking to the market. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just stacks of monitors and keyboards. We’ve been at R Computers for a good bit now. It’s a small space but we make it work for fixing PCs and helping folks with their tech problems. Being near Alpha One Mall means there is always something happening outside. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local shop in the bazaar. People from around New Pratap Nagar come to us when their laptops start acting up. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what doesn't. Sometimes the repairs take a day, sometimes longer if we need parts from somewhere else. It’s just how the business goes. We like being in Gurlal Bazar because it feels like a real community. We keep the shop open regular hours and just do our best with the machines people bring in. It's mostly just us and our tools in here.
