Gurinder Engineering Works

Gurinder Engineering Works is over at Plot No. H3/1862 on Street No. 13 in Dashmesh Nagar. We are right by the 40 Khu Jaura Phatak area. It is a noisy place because that is the nature of engineering. We have machines running most of the day, so there is always the sound of metal and humming. The floor usually has some oil spots and metal shavings, no matter how much we clean it. I started this workshop a long time ago. We do a lot of repair work and small manufacturing. It is a practical shop, not a showroom. My hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning. We have a few guys working here who know their way around a lathe and a welding torch. The street outside is dusty and often has trucks moving back and forth. It gets very hot in the summer inside the shed, but we just keep the big doors open. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone needs something fixed, they just walk in and talk to us directly. We look at the part, see if it can be salvaged, and get to work. It’s honest labor. We’ve been part of this industrial patch for years. Everyone around here knows us for being straightforward. We don't talk much, we just focus on the machines. If a tool breaks, we fix it ourselves. We started small but have stayed in this same spot. That is how life goes at the workshop every day.
