Bansal The Food House is located at 13A, Dayanand Nagar, right on Lawrence Road in Amritsar. If you know Amritsar, you know Lawrence Road is a place where people love to come for food and shopping. We decided to set up here because we wanted to be in the middle of all that energy. Our place isn't very big, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or at the counter, talking to people who stop by. We aren't a fancy restaurant with white tablecloths. We’re more of a practical food house where you get something good to eat without any fuss. The traffic outside is always loud, and there’s a constant stream of people walking past our door in Dayanand Nagar. It keeps us busy, which is good. We’ve had to learn how to manage everything from buying ingredients in the morning to cleaning up late at night. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a rush, and we might forget a glass of water or take a minute too long, but we’re only human. We just enjoy being part of the Amritsar food scene. It’s a lot of work and our feet usually hurt by the end of the day, but seeing people enjoy a meal makes it worth it for us. We're just glad to be here.
