Our place is over in Amravati, near Pragati High School. If you know Radha Nagar, we are right there in Rajas Niwas. It’s a quiet enough area, except when the school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Being here in Shivaji Nagar feels right for a business like ours. We do engineering work, mostly local stuff that needs a steady hand. My desk is usually covered in drawings and scribbled notes. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. People stop by to ask about building things or just to say hello. Since we’re near the school, we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. We’ve been here long enough that we don't need a giant sign on the road. Engineering is mostly about solving problems before they happen, or fixing them quickly when they do. We deal with a lot of different projects, some small, some a bit bigger. It’s mostly about being practical. We don't promise things we can't do. If a job is going to take three weeks, we say it’ll take three weeks. Honesty keeps things simple for everyone. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, drinking way too much chai. It’s just the way things are. We like being part of the community here in Amravati. It’s a good town with hardworking people, and we try to match that energy in what we do. There is always something new to learn in this business.
