Our office is located in Porgavan, which is in the Morshi area of Amravati district. Even though the name Consulting Engineering Survices(I)Pvt.Ltd.Mumbai suggests a big city connection, we are very much a local setup here in Maharashtra. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main cities, but that suits us fine for the kind of engineering work we do. Most days involve looking over plans and dealing with the technical side of local projects. We have been based at this Post-Porgavan address for a while now. The team here is small. We all know the local roads and how things work in this part of the state. It is not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of people. Instead, it is just a few of us making sure the math is right and the designs are solid. We do get some funny looks because of the spelling of services in our official name, but that is just how it was registered. We don't worry too much about the branding side of things. We are more interested in the actual site work and making sure things get built properly. The weather gets pretty hot out here in Amravati, so we usually try to get the field visits done early in the morning when it is still cool. It is a straightforward life. We do our jobs, go home, and come back to do it again the next day. It is mostly about the work itself and being part of the local landscape in Morshi.
