This place is located in At Po Girda, within the Manora taluka of the Washim district. It is a bit different from being in a big city like Mumbai. The pace of life is much slower out here in this part of Maharashtra. We operate Crystal Engineers & Contractors,Pune from this rural location. It is a simple setup, mostly just a building that serves as our home base for all the contracting work we do around the region. The surroundings are mostly fields and open land. It can get very quiet, especially in the evenings after everyone has gone home. We don't have a lot of the distractions you find in places like Pune. Our team is small and we know just about everyone in the village. We spend a lot of time out on various sites, but this is where we come back to handle the paperwork and the planning. The office is very basic with just the essentials like tables, chairs, and some cupboards for the project documents. It gets dusty during the dry months, and the rain can make the local roads a bit tricky to navigate, but we are used to it by now. We don't try to make the place look like something it isn't. It is just an honest workspace where we figure out the details of our jobs and make sure the supplies are ordered. It serves us well for what we need to do in this district.
