Tejasvi Bricks

We are located out in Village Shirajgaon Band, which is part of the Chandur Bazar taluka. If you live around here, you know it’s mostly open land and hard work. We started Tejasvi Bricks because we knew the soil in this area was right for making something solid. It’s not a fancy operation by any means. We have our kilns and our drying areas set up on the edge of the village. Most days, we are up before the sun to get the fires going or to start stacking the bricks that dried the day before. The dust is just something we live with. You’ll see the smoke from the chimneys if you’re driving through the taluka. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with pretty pictures. Most of our business comes from people just driving their tractors up and asking what we have ready. We spend a lot of time just managing the labor and making sure the trucks can get in and out when the ground is soft. It gets really quiet at night, but during the day, it’s all noise and heat. We’ve been here for years now. People know us as the place near the village where you get what you need without a lot of talk. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just make bricks, load them up, and move on to the next batch. That’s how it works here.
