Khan Bricks

You can find Khan Bricks out on the M.I.D.C. Road near the Old Bypass in Nimbhora. It’s an area where there is a lot of industry and movement. We spend our days dealing with bricks, which is pretty self-explanatory. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around under the sun. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day. The Old Bypass can get pretty busy with trucks, which is actually good for us since people see where we are. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the space we need for the bricks and a small spot to sit and talk to customers. There is no air conditioning or fancy furniture here. It’s just a working yard. We’ve learned over time that simple is usually better for us. We don't have a big sales pitch. If you need bricks, we show you what we’ve got stacked up. Nimbhora has been a good spot for us over the years. The ground is often a bit muddy if it rains, but we just put on our boots and keep moving. It’s a physical job and it keeps us in shape. We don’t worry much about what other people are doing. We just focus on our own piles of bricks. It is a hard job but it is honest work for our team.
