You can find us on Kelwa Amet Road, specifically on M. D. R. 77. We are right near the petrol pump in the Siyana Palayakkadu area on Uthukuli Road. Shree Gajanand Kripa Granite Pvt. Ltd. is a long name, but we are just a stone yard at heart. The location is convenient for the trucks because of the main road. We have heaps of granite slabs sitting out in the sun. It is a noisy place sometimes with the machines running. We spend our days measuring stone and talking to drivers. The area around the petrol pump is usually busy, so there is always something to see. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The office is just a small room where we keep the ledger and the phone. We don't spend much time inside anyway. Most of the work happens out where the granite is. It’s a lot of manual labor. Our clothes usually have stone dust on them by lunchtime. We don't use much fancy technology here. It’s more about looking at the stone and knowing what is what. We like the location because everyone knows the landmark near the pump. It makes it easy to give directions. We just take one order at a time and try to keep the yard organized, though it's hard with so much weight moving around every day.
