Yes Marbles Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Kelwa Road, not too far from the Mela Ground and the Station Road. We have been set up here for some time now. The area gets busy especially when there are events at the ground but usually it is just the sound of stone being moved around. Marble is heavy and it takes a lot of effort to keep things organized. We have different types of stone sitting in the yard and people come by to see the patterns and colors for themselves. It is hard to see what a piece looks like until you get it out in the light. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us handling the day to day tasks. Sometimes the yard is a bit messy with scraps but that is just how it goes with marble. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or helping someone load up a truck. The dust gets everywhere especially in the summer months. We try to keep things moving so the inventory stays fresh. If you are coming from the station it is a pretty quick drive to get to us. We are just local people doing this work and we know the roads around here well. Not much has changed at our spot over the years and we like it that way. It is a solid place to work.
