Innovative Systems

Innovative Systems is located at Plot No-2 in the Midc area of Anand Nagar. It is a straightforward setup in a row of similar units. We don't have any large signs or flashing lights out front. Most people find us because they know the address or someone told them where we are. The inside is full of wires, components, and benches where we sit and tinker with things. It is often a bit messy with parts spread out, but we know where everything is. The air in Anand Nagar always smells a bit like metal and exhaust from the nearby plants. We work mostly during the daylight hours because the lighting in the back of the unit isn't great. We don't have a corporate structure here; it is just a couple of us who know how systems work and how to fix them when they don't. Sometimes we spend hours trying to figure out a small problem on a circuit board. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look at the problem and try to solve it with what we have. It is a quiet kind of work, very different from the noisy manufacturing units down the road. We take our tea breaks outside by the gate and watch the trucks go by. It is a decent way to earn a living in the industrial zone.
