Industrial Coating Equipment

We are based out of Plot No. A-99 in the Ambernath East MIDC. Our workshop is right near the bus stop, so it’s easy for the workers and visitors to get here. We work on all sorts of machines used for industrial coating. It involves a lot of metalwork, assembly, and testing different sprayers and ovens. The shop floor is usually filled with parts that are being put together or repaired for our clients. It’s a loud place with all the air compressors and tools going at once. We’ve been in Ambernath for quite some time now and have seen the industrial area grow and change. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just focus on building and fixing the equipment that our customers use in their own factories. Sometimes things get a bit messy with oil and paint, but that’s the nature of the business. We keep a small crew who knows their way around a wrench and a welding torch. If you walk past the bus stop, you can usually hear us working. It’s a straightforward operation. We just want to make sure the equipment works like it’s supposed to. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or assembling new units for local clients who need their production lines to stay running. We have a tea break around four, and that's usually the only quiet time.
